Studio 109 comes with exquisitely set living room, kitchen and bathrooms in the heart of Goa. Situated in Arpora which is right in centre of Anjuna and Baga. The place has all the amenities specifically the pool . Located in one of the most plush and urban areas of North Goa, the home offers beautiful experience of urban and countryside living.

 

The space

The home is beautiful, sparkling clean, contemporary, sleek and plush. The place is pristine with fully appointed kitchen and a well-maintained pool and a beautiful garden. A safe, secure and small private complex with service, housekeeping, and security staff. The place has all the facilities that will make your stay gratifying, pleasant and comfortable.

 

Maintenance Note

Please note that the swimming pool will remain non-operational from 22/09/2025 to 22/10/2025 due to scheduled maintenance work

 

Kitchen & meals

  • The home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, which is sufficient for long stays too. It includes a microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, dishes and silverware, induction, cooking basics (pots and pans), salt and pepper, and toaster
  • If you enjoy cooking, ask us where you can find amazing local and artisanal produce and products
  • Alternatively, there are nearby takeaway and dining restaurants, along with food delivery services available through Swiggy and Zomato
