A Hidden Gem I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this Airbnb, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The space itself is stunning – beautifully decorated, thoughtfully laid out, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with quality appliances. The location was perfect – close to candolim beach and public transport yet wonderfully quiet and peaceful at night. I particularly enjoyed the cozy balcony.

The communication with the host Ms Rose was smooth and prompt making the check in process hassel-free ans made sure we have a comfortable stay..! spotless, airy with plenty of bright lights. agree with all excellent reviews about place, location, responsive owners and Tisyastay staff (Rose and colleague) caretaking staff so won't repeat it all. only place i have seen with a shoecaddy which was very useful. Great to hear birdsong all day from the balcony which, unfortunately due to building construction, only got sunlight till about 8am. and being small the balcony was more decorative than functional. for me, coming from cold uk winter and hoping to catch lots of sunshine was disappointing. The rest of the apartment had fantastic vibes. overall one of the better airbnb stays in my experience.

The apartment is very modern and well designed with no wastage of space. All amenities were good. It looked like an IKEA model home! The sheets and the towels were extremely clean. The staff that managed the apartment was courteous, friendly and helpful. However, garbage could be seen from the bedroom window and stagnated water from the living room balcony. At times there would be a smell of sewage. What was disappointing was that we were asked to pay Rs. 5000 as a deposit which can completely be missed if you don't see the fine print while booking. We were also asked to sign an undertaking to pay for any damages. We have not come across either of these clauses in any of the Airbnbs that we have stayed in across the globe. After negotiating, we did not pay the deposit although we did sign the document. With the exception of the above, the cleanliness and the interior design of the apartment really stood out. Special thanks to Rose, Debashish and the security for their hospitality!

Peaceful and serene. Makes you feel that you are in a calm deep forest with modern amenities :) We had great access to everything as the place is in the main area of Candolim. I walked to one of the main restaurants there as it was just 100mtrs away. Car parking area is also good for 7 SUVs. The property is well planned and the staffs are very nice. Ms. Rose coordinated with us to help us with anything required. Shikha & Gagan helped us by responding back on Airbnb messenger on our queries promptly. I would like to come back again as it's value for money as I wanted to feel home away from my home here. Thanks for making the experience great. Cheers always

Rose, the beautiful manager at this property, was a pleasure to interact with. Extremely helpful and responsive at any time of the day… one big reason for us to come back to stay at this property. Despite being at the center of all the busyness of the city, you don’t hear any traffic at this place. Our apartment was facing the forested area and it was beautifully calm and private. If at all we would wish for one thing to make this place beyond great, it would be the power backup to beat the Goa heat during summers. So, this was as nice an experience as is possible. Very well managed and very hospitable. The apartment is spacious (though for max 2 people, even 3 would be a bit of a squeeze) and airy and bright. Very tastefully done up, in whites. The bed is comfortable and the bedding is high quality and clean. The entire apartment is neat and clean. The bathroom is well appointed. You have body lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There is Liquid handwash, dish washing liquid and detergent. There’s a washing machine inside the apartment. The location is terrific. Right in the heart of Candolim but peaceful enough. There’s daily housekeeping. And a special mention and a word of appreciation for Rose, the very sweet and eager to help; manager. Always responsive and available. Only drawback for me is that the kitchen was a little under stocked (utensil and baking dishes wise). Also, I feel it would be more environmentally and human health friendly if there was an oven and not a micro.

Our stay at Shikha and Gagan’s place was ideal; the apartment itself is in a great location and has everything you need for a comfortable stay - we even stayed in the first night after being tired from travelling and watched Netflix! Great shower pressure, AC and comfortable bed. We received a warm welcome and were provided with lots of recommendations for food, and all the staff at the property were very helpful and friendly (especially thankful to Tajal). The property also has a pool which is well maintained. Lots to do in the area so definitely worth a visit, some quick routes onto the main road using maps, so don’t always walk the road route! Good supermarket nearby and plenty of bars and restaurants.

We’ve stayed here twice now and it’s still one of our favorite spots in Goa to relax and enjoy ourselves. The apartment is cozy with lots of natural light. Kitchen is well equipped and there’s also RO water inside the apartment. The only issue we found was that there’s a swamp within sight of the balcony, a few feet from the compound wall. This creates an environment for mosquitoes to thrive. Other than this, it’s a neat, cozy space to relax and have a great stay. Walkable to the Main Street at Candolim.

I have personally stayed at Airbnb's across the globe and I can easily say this is among the top stays I've had. The apartment sits within a great location - when you'll look out of your apartment window you'll feel like in the forests with the view to the infinity pool, and it is hardly 500 metres away from the main Candolim road where all the famous restaurants like Tomato and grocery stores like Newton are available. The apartment is very tastefully done and gives you full European vibes. It had all the basic amenities one needs such as fully automatic machine, iron, dryer, cooking stove, microwave, fridge, cutlery, detergent, basic spices and condiments, etc. Lastly, you won't just find the apartment gorgeous but the hospitality and communication is very well taken care of. The manager Bishnu is super friendly, very approachable and always there to help (event at midnight) and the housekeeping team (Suman, Manoj, Debasis, and Meenakshi) also kept the apartment in top condition whenever we used to come back in the evening. We will any day book the apartment again for ourselves if we are in Goa.!

He was very helpful and handled our requests very well. The facilities inside the property were amazing and fixtures and furnishings of good standards. The little balcony the pool, the property grounds, the parking all of it made it a good place to stay. Since we arrived late night some name boards on the road leading to the property would have helped us locate it better.

The place is amazing. We stayed here for 13 nights and a few friends visited in between. The host was pretty accommodative about it. The cleaning staff also did an amazing job daily. We just loved our stay here and it's totally worth it. The only problem is the wifi and network connectivity. There is a lot of network issue for airtel and vodafone. And the wifi was very bad. Since we were working from there it caused a lot of issue. So please check with the host before booking for WFH trip. Although Gagan did say that they will look into it. So hoping for better results going forward.

The hosts are responsive and helpful similar to the estate manager, Vipul who welcomed us and gave us a plethora of useful suggestions and recommendations right off the bat. We only stayed for a night but the location was perfect, lots of restaurants close by and the common pool was relaxing, we had the best time. Thank you! Would love to be back 😊

This is an amazing property with tastefully done interiors, sparkling clean, good WiFi speed (perfect for workation) and wonderfully warm hosts. On top of everything, the location is perfect. It is located right within the hustle & bustle of Candolim, a stone's throw away from most happening cafe's & beaches. Yet, it is serene & peaceful. If you are lucky, you may also get glimpses of peacocks straying in the grasses from your bedroom window. Bishnu, the caretaker of this property, is extremely amiable and helpful.
