Excellent stay and flexible checkin and check out timings. Easy reach to most of the tourist spots. A little cleanliness issues with bedsheets and floor but overall a great experience.

Such a great stay! The location was ideal, tucked away in a peaceful area, yet everything I needed like shopping, dining and other services was just a short walk away. The apartment itself was beautiful, with excellent furniture and top-notch fittings in the kitchen and bathrooms and everything was squeaky clean. What really stood out was the staff, so helpful, warm and responsive. Housekeeping was on point and everyone I interacted with was just lovely. Would absolutely recommend this place!

Right from checkin to checkout everything so hasslefree. Watchman greets u with a big smile and then Mr.Devashish is gem of a person who takes care of the apartment. Just one call and he is there to help you with any sort of a thing. Beautiful 1bhk so neat so well organised.

Everything is okay but their bed mattress was not comfortable. We got severe back pain after sleeping on it for 2 days.. We had to sleep on their couch for 2days which was foldable. Rest evrything is okay

Shikha and Gagan’s place was a well located convenient place for our stay in North Goa. The place was clean and well looked after. We appreciated the daily cleaning service the property offered. Property manager Rose and Debashish really stood out to us for their responsiveness to any requests (additional bedding, fresh towels etc). The service really made our stay perfect. Definitely worth booking!

We had just about an average stay. Right after checking in there was a lizard on the kitchen slab. Just didn’t feel like using the kitchen then. We were on the third floor and as soon as you get out of the lift the whole corridor and staircase area was pitch dark. After having informed the caretaker it wasn’t fixed throughout our stay. Few towels were stained and had to get them replaced. The place was neat and clean but the building seemed quite old. With heavy rains in Goa for almost 3-4 months, having an umbrella in the apartment would have been really appreciable. Thanks to the guard who helped us with it. Far much better places in Goa to stay than this, can be avoided.

Shikha's and Gagans apartment in Goa was nothing but magical. We stayed there in the monsoon season, and the view from the balcony is truly immersive, like we were living in a true tropical paradise, nestled in natures lap. With squirrels, birds, peacocks, rains, winds, and a super private space, we felt right at home, and was a dream-like experience. The location is very convenient with lots of restaurants, and walkable distance (around 15 mnts) to the pristine Candolim beach. Amenities exceeded our expecataions. We are so glad we made this decision to stay here. From checkin to checkout, our contact Rose made everything perfect with clear instructions and prompt service and great recommendations. The apartment is part of a cluster of serviced apartments, and everything was well taken care. We would definitely recommend this space to anyone who loves nature, wants to have a peaceful, serene, private and happy space, with great convenience in Goa.

Extremely clean and well maintained property. Spacious rooms, thoughtfully done furniture, fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom & pristine linen. Our five-night stay at Shikha and Gagan's Airbnb in Candolim was an absolute gem. The property matched its photos and description. It was very clean and perfect for a week-long retreat. It had a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and crisp linen. Having two smart TVs, one in the hall and one in the bedroom, was ideal for lazy afternoons and cozy movie nights. Plus, the powerful AC units provided a refreshing escape from the Goan humidity. With daily housekeeping, including cleaning of the kitchen and cutlery, the attention to detail was impressive. Situated near Candolim beach and surrounded by tons of dining options, the property's location couldn't have been more perfect. Whether you're planning a short escape or a longer stay in North Goa, Shikha and Gagan's Airbnb is highly recommended.

We had a splendid experience at Tisya Stays. Rose and Alisha were extremely helpful starting from our check in to when we checked out. They even allowed us to store our luggage after we concluded our stay. The place is a 5minute walk from the Candolim beach and has lots of restaurants, shacks, and shopping options nearby. At night too the place is extremely safe and the area is lit with tourists exploring different bars and restaurant. The apartment was also super clean and as depicted in the photos. Room service was on point and the place is completely safe to store your belongings. Overall we had a bowl staying here. Will surely recommend to others who wish to have a comfortable and luxurious stay in the Candolim area. Thank you guys for such great hospitality.

Nice place. No door number made it had to fine the appt but I was later informed this was sent for repair. Floor was pretty dirty I only walked to one room and my feet were dirty. Only really used it as somewhere to sleep and shower but was worth it and good facilities overall. Perhaps too many switches for lights/fans etc I’d suggest maybe labelling them. But tricky to find the building but it is only a ten minute walk to a main lovely street. Thanks

We had a wonderful stay at Shikha & Gagan’s place. Property matched the description and it is well maintained. Spent 4 days with my family (inclusive of 2 kids) and we didn’t have any problems. Care taker Rose was proactive to reach out. She made our stay more comfortable. Entire staff right from Security Guard, cleaning team are extremely helpful. Will definitely recommend this property to my friends and other guests.

Property is located at a prime location and walkable distance to beach. It’s a beautiful minimalist house and has all the required facilities in place that one would expect. I felt it’s pricey for the society facilities offering. Pool was not clean and faced some issues with rats in the property (although staff helped but it did cause inconvenience).

The place was good and as described. however, the window had the back side view of the building which was a little off for me. Had I knew about this, I would have booked/requested for a front view room. the kitchen was clean and had all the essentials. the place is infant friendly for sure. The bedroom is tastefully done and bathrooms were clean. but if you are planning to book this place, ensure you carry your dental kit because the don't provide one. we didn't carry ours, so they helped us buy (we paid for it) one from the market. the pool area and entry society is very good. But if you see in the Airbnb images, they had uploaded a picture where there is an inflatable swan in the pool, but on our last day when we asked for it, we were informed that it is punctured. they offered us another one, but it was basic and small. the manager is little unresponsive at times. there were instances where we had to remind her for stuff. she used to acknowledge chat and not respond after that.

Our stay at Sol Banyan Grande, hosted by Gagan and Shikha was a memorable expereince. awesome things about the place - Professionalism at it's peak (in a good way), they have a good sized team of people managing everything related to your stay. Rose, our host coordinator, was always there just a ping away and helped us a lot. It was spacious, like easily a family of four can be accommodated. All listed amenities were same as described. They have 2 large size LG LED TV, connected with WiFi, to play any OTT platform. Pro tips- No need to worry about cab/car/two wheeler rentals, just let your coordinator know what do you need help with. Take extreme care while using glass utensils, it will be chargeable if broken, better to avoid using them. As the property has lot of trees nearby, pool water can have insects, ants. which they clean everyday in the morning around 9 am.

The property is breathtaking! Very responsive staff, book without a second doubt! Property : The property is located walkable to the beach, although being close to the busiest area the location is quite peaceful. The property was absolutely beautiful! Lush greens everywhere, the view from the pool and the balcony were extremely pretty. We even saw peacocks in the morning. The property is brand new, very modern, clean, cozy, well maintained and has all the basic amenities Staff : The staff was extremely responsive, kudos to Rose for always being just a phone call away. They have a full staff on duty in the society despite being an Airbnb, cleaning was provided everyday including the dishes, changing for towels etc. Host and staff are extremely accommodating and try to fulfill most of your requests, as the lift of our building broke down we were immediately shifted to an adjacent building with a working lift and also upgraded to a 2 bhk after requesting that we require 2 bathrooms!

The place was as described in the listing, with all the amenities and it felt right at home. The place is beautifully with trees all around, swimming pool with a view, definitely put together to provide a peaceful escape. The room was luxurious, perfectly equipped with facilities and a good stay for at least 4 people in one BHK. Top Tier apartment, absolutely worth it and definitely a choice Better than hotel. Light on the pocket, Happy on your heart and mind 💗
