There is a different vibe to this place, just exactly what we wanted in this vacation. I would like to particularly thank Nishant for providing early check-in upon request and being so hospitable. The host was very responsive and has taken extra care to make the stay relaxing and comforting. It has ample parking space for a car and is located in a nice neighbourhood. Restaurants, supermarkets, are 5 minutes away by drive. I particularly liked that the Internet connection was uninterrupted and dependable. The crockery was neat and well maintained. We had a great stay. It is great for relaxation and to have peaceful experience. Many things stood out for us: Daily housekeeping is great way to keep the house clean. Option of kitchen worked out great for us. Our daughter enjoyed playing in swimming pool. Staff was welcoming and place is spacious and with all the amenities required for the comfortable stay (refrigerator, washing machine etc) Manager always catered to any requests we had. Pros: - Room was fantastic. Clean place with regular housekeeping - Location is a big plus - is located in a busy neighbourhood with access to eateries, pubs, walkable to Candolim beach but also inside a peaceful neighbourhood so it’s the best of both worlds - Swimming pool was good - The house had basic kitchen amenities that allowed us to make basic meals. Cons - Wasn’t too happy with the maintenance of electronics like AC and water supply in shower as both required repair after we checked in (but the host and team were helpful to look into it) - Would be good if the team helped us more with places to visit nearby and also guide us on how to get there (there are 2 routes to get there and 1 of them is not accessible by car, we didn’t know that until we got there)

Cleaning and towel refresh daily so like having the benefit of a hotel. Restaurants and taxis nearby, beach around a 15 min walk with lots of options for eating / drinks. The place (#105) is in an excellent location, quite close to the beach, restaurants and stores. It was exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment is well ventilated, spacious, brightly lit but cool at the same time. It is in a very green and calm surrounding. The kitchen is well stocked. The living space is done up very well. The bedroom is cozy with a good mattress and comfortable pillows. The place is cleaned and towels changed daily. The manager Rose is very accommodating and responded quickly to our requirements. We had a wonderful time on our holiday and look forward to staying here again. All in all I highly recommend this place.

Only downside is its price, 7500 for a night is bit on higher side. If you got good deals you can find 4 star hotels in same price bracket and near the beach side. This stay was easy to find and had a very home like experience. The rooms were really clean and fresh and we never felt like there was any compromise on the quality of the stay. This place is also located near to many restaurants and shops that is about a 10 min walk. We had a bike so it was easier to move around. Would definitely consider this stay again next time when I am in Goa. This is ideal for a family or a group of 3-4 people.

When I said I was traveling so far for 2 days to come and was too tired for walking 25 min to the market, he sent his friend to being me the fruits that I requested. He came very quickly too. I would surely book this property again. It was so nice and we got so many great photos and videos on the back patio. Best background.

This is a perfect substitute to any 5 star hotel. The place is very well maintained and fully furnished. We loved the living & kitchen area which has a lot of natural light and is very lively. Their is also a washing machine which is very helpful if you are staying for a long duration. The beach is at a walking distance of 15 mins and it is fun to take that walk (not in summers). Also, some of the best restaurants & cafe's are also nearby. To add to this, Bishnu ji who is the care taker will help you with almost everything - be it restaurants, car rentals, cabs! Overall it was a great stay. Highly recommend it if you want to explore north Goa.

The amenities and the space were accurate to the pictures - it feels like a spacious 1-BR apartment with a balcony. *Be mindful* - it's a good 15m walk through narrow alleys to Candolim beach behind houses directly east of the Delfino's. Secondarily, it's in a complex undergoing regular and intense construction - while this particular unit was relatively quiet the crew was audible and ever present on the grounds. While the unit was cleaned thoroughly and everything was new, it wasn't fully functional to start as one might expect from a unit with regular turn over, e.g., some light switches, laundry machine and A/C needed to be looked at by maintenance.

Delfinos and Newton's are walking for your daily needs, and an abundance of cafes, bars and restaurants are all around. Fabindia and Benetton, along with plenty of street wear is close by in case you want to get new threads. The home is spic, with everything well detailed out. The service is neat and the staff is on call anytime. The look and feel of the home is plush, and on top, the infinity pool has an amazing view to boot. Very highly recommended.
