Loved the place. Everything was well thought of, in terms of amenities and setup. It's conveniently located, super close to supermarkets, and few good eateries. In terms of amenities, basic cookware, microwave and refrigerator were provided. Cleanliness was generally good, although 1 particular day, the staff seems to have done a shoddy job. Devashish the caretaker was quite helpful and responsive. We had a door latch issue which he came and resolved very quickly. Overall, it was a lovely staff and would definitely recommend to others.

Also, it was weird of them to take 5k (refundable) deposit. I have been to many airbnbs in different states, but never been charged additional amounts before checking in. It was refunded after 3 days. Overall it was a calm place to be with family with beach at driving distance.

Also swiggy zomato conveniently deliver right upto the door so very easy to order in when required. While the location is nice, it is still a reasonable walk from the market/beach so it is recommended you have your own car/bike.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Airbnb. The apartment was beautiful with big windows and a great view on nature and the infinity pool. Everything was like on the pictures. The host was very proactive, reached out to see if we were comfortable and to give us recommendations for restaurants and sights. They even arranged a scooter for us. The location was good and it took us around 12 mins to reach the beach. Also it was close to the main road which was convenient to drive around with the scooter. All in all it was a perfect stay and we would always recommend staying there!

We had an enjoyable stay at this elegant apartment in Sol Banyan Grande. Travelled with my husband and 3 year old daughter, and the trip was more pleasurable because of the stay here. Good: 1. Very comfortable, clean apartment at a good location in Candolim 2. Small things that if not present might not have been an inconvenience, but because they were present was an almost 'unthought' of convenience. Like having an RO filter helped have clean drinking water all the time, a Netflix account connected to the TV gave us some hours of fun lazing around watching tv, the washing machine helped wash up used clothes easily. 3. Housekeeping staff were quick and efficient and available on call 4. Sufficient utensils to cook our own breakfast 5. A very clean and well maintained pool 6. Good view 7. Easily available support team Note: The pool while very nice is quite narrow and shared by the whole apartment complex. So even if one other group is using it, becomes a little difficult to share.

I had a wonderful stay in Goa with this magical apartment and friendly staff. The apartment has everything a digital nomad would need for a long stay. Bed is comfortable and you wake up to the view with floor to ceiling windows on two sides of the room to make you feel you slept in the jungle. Modern furnishings with tv and consistent wifi . Kitchen and bathroom have top quality fixtures. The washing machine and drying rack was extremely helpful to a full time traveller. I didnt go into the infinity pool but it looked well maintained and luxurious. The apartment is walkable to town but peaceful enough to work and rest. The staff are incredible, professional and engaging. I highly recommend this stay for digital nomads.

It’s a part of a block of flats run as airbnbs so if you’re looking for a local place where you’re staying with a host etc, this isn’t that :) still lovely though. They mention it on the listing but I hadn’t noticed - you have to pay a hefty deposit at the start of your stay.

This was the first time I was travelling with an infant and i was really skeptical. In fact i booked one Airbnb and cancelled later. Home stays are not my kind of thing but I didn't have a choice this time due to baby - kitchen and washing requirements. This has been my best Air bnb experience so far, The place was exactly like the way it's shown in pictures. At the time of booking it feels tat expensive but it's worth every penny. I was there for 5 nights and i felt like home. Daily Cleaning and services were at par with any 4 star hotel. Hosts and staff were super responsive and ready to go the extra mile to bring a smile. The room had a great view of the pool and the greens. Bathrooms were spotless. TV had all the major OTT subscriptions with HD viewing. There were mostly families and couples and it was never crowded in the property. The pool almost felt like a private pool. Sofa cum bed was a plus plus. Location is superb , quite, yet not so far from all the buzz of candolim.

Exceptional property at Candolim! The apartment is modern luxe and has every facility that we (a family of 4, including 2 kids) could ever wish for. The property manager Mr. Bishnu is an extremely friendly and competent personality who’s always getting things done for you, with the sole intention of making sure you have a great vacation. There’s a pool atttached to the building that’s clean, reasonably big and oversees a lot of greenery. The kids (and us too, tbh) spent a lot of time having fun out there. The apartment also comes with a fully functional kitchen and a washing machine, the utility value of which should never be underestimated. The ever busy and buzzing Candolim high street is a 5 min walk away, where you have supermarkets to upscale restaurants to shopping options. The beach itself is a 15 mins walk away through the said streets.l, where you’ll find all the things you expect on a Goan beach… shacks, sports and cold beers. Mr Bishnu helps arrange bike/car rentals if walking is not your style, but we mostly walked through the narrow by-lanes which were quite charming. Overall, an exception bit of property to choose if you wish to have a relaxing vacation. Me and my entire family highly recommend and are thankful to everyone on the team at the property who helped make our vacation a memorable one.

This was a nice place for us to stay for a few days, quite secluded and a chill place with great service. Mr Bishnu really took care of us and got us everything that we wanted in Goa from wine to cabs. He was super nice and pleasant to speak with and we had a great stay overall. The pool was well maintained and the area has some nice places around to eat and drink at. The cleanliness could have been better as the day we checked in, I found a baby lizard in the apartment on the first night but they cleaned the room properly on the following days. The room was exactly the same as mentioned in the photographs and we were very happy to stay here!

This is an excellent property to stay at in Candolim. The place is clean, the swimming pool is large and well maintained, the staff is very friendly and all necessary amenities are provided. Location: It’s a 5-7 minute drive from Candolim beach, 8 mins from Aguada, and 20 minutes from Calangute. A taxi stand is right outside as well for longer trips. Definitely recommend renting a scooty though. Staff: everyone is really helpful. The manager, Bishnu, is very accommodating and has excellent recommendations. The place is cleaned daily and is a pleasure to stay at! There is a bit of construction going on in and around the property, but we didn’t feel any disturbance at all. Excellent choice to stay at in Candolim, and absolutely value for money!

The place looks better in real (better than the pictures). This place is very close to candolim beach (approx 500-600 meters), therefore, it's easily accessible. Special thanks to Bishnu, the estate manager, who looked after everything and helped us in arranging whatever we asked for such as rental scooty, rental car etc. Also, kudos to house keeping team too of Suman, Manoj and Shital who made sure place was cleaned every single day. Overall, a very beautiful, neat and clean place for staying and would definitely be staying here again. Cheers :)

This apartment is well done & well located - everything is as it looks online, particularly the pool & the view from the apartment. Gagan & his team is wonderful -- they are always available to help you with anything that you may need & make sure to add a personal touch to your visit by dropping in, meeting you in person, which really makes a difference. In case you need a train station / airport pick up, I would also recommend asking Gagan's team about that as they had shared the contact of a very good & reliable driver with us who was super easy to coordinate with for our pick up. They were also very sweet to let us do an early check in & a late check out as per our convenience. Just a minor thing to double check during a early check in would be to ensure the apartment is that this information is getting communicated to the cleaning staff -- due to some miscommunication about our early check in, our cleaning was perhaps done in a hasty manner and hence it wasn't as thoroughly cleaned on the first day but Gagan was kind enough to instantly get this resolved for us as soon as we flagged it to him. We also appreciated having balconies attached to both the living room & bedroom as it gives you space to step out and also dry your clothes etc if you'd like to. I would definitely go back here!

The apartment is very tastefully done and is located away from the traffic and hustle bustle but within walking distance to all the restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. The balcony opens to uninterrupted views of greens and the pool. The apartment is well furnished and stocked with all necessary appliances. They have a smart TV and if you have an OTT account you can watch your favourite shows. We also loved the fact that we could order in on days we didn’t want to step out. Swiggy and Zomato deliver. There is parking available and is secure with a guard. The caretaker Bishnu is accessible and friendly and the housekeeping staff is also cordial and professional. They clean the house everyday. They also have some bigger apartments on the higher floors and are very nicely done up. The wi fi is good and the apartment has power back up. The Airtel network signal is weak. Gagan and Shikha are friendly hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

When we first stumbled upon this flat on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Gagan is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He ensured everything was great, the estate manager - Bishnu is super helpful and always available to help you out. About the flat 1. The location is great. 15 minutes from Baga beach, 10 minutes from candolim beach, 10 minutes away from Cohiba and sinq if you want to go clubbing. It takes 5 minutes to reach Newton’s supermarket and 10 minutes if you want to have the best South Indian breakfast at Southi. And despite being so close to everything, the place is still away from all the noise and in a lovely serene neighbourhood. 2. The Airbnb has a big master, big living room with all required necessities. The washroom is nice and big. 3. The pool is nice and clean for a good swim 4. Hospitality was amazing. We reached the place quite late at night, 11pm and the manager, Bishnu was there to welcome us with a nice local mock tail, such was the hospitality. 5. Even Gagan specially came to meet us and say goodbyes which felt nice and special All in all, it’s the perfect place to chill

Shikha and Gagan’s place was fabulous. Right from the check in, the entire stay felt easy, comfortable, relaxed and convenient. The location is just off the main road in Candolim, in a quiet lane, surrounded on two sides by greenery. I enjoyed the privacy and quietness. The apartment is almost spanking new, with great and super comfortable furniture from Ikea (i think). The bed was extremely cozy to sleep in. Had a great night sleep on all 3 nights. It has everything you could need like a kitchenette, washing machine, cutlery, television. Also has a small cute sit out / balcony overlooking the pool (which was really nice as well) and the forest / trees / greenery all around. The booking and communication was easy and quick. Special mention to Bishnu, who is the onsite manager. Very humble and sweet fellow, who will look after all your needs at any time during the stay. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in Candolim. Complete value for money.
