This luxury villa offers 5 well-appointed bedrooms, each designed with comfort and privacy in mind. Each room echoes the villa’s modern aesthetic and stylish design. Every bedroom is spacious, with plush bedding, ample storage space for your comfort. Four of the bedrooms comes with their own en-suite bathrooms. The fifth bedroom is studio-like layout, making it the perfect space for kids. For those who prefer a touch of luxury, the upper-floor bedrooms open directly onto a balcony where you can enjoy your morning tea while taking in the serene breeze. The villa is equipped with an elevator, making it easy to move between floors comfortably.

Our fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a fridge, oven/microwave, gas stove, kettle, and toaster, along with all necessary crockery and cutlery. Fresh tea and coffee supplies are provided.

The property is beautiful and offers complete privacy. Check-in is seamless, and our staff is exceptional. Villa Svar also provides private parking for two cars. To ensure your safety, the property is equipped with exterior passage camera surveillance, along with a guard stationed at the gate.
