Villa Terra Viva in Anjuna was a luxurious place, perfect for my special birthday. It had 3 spacious bedrooms & was a very beautiful place with plants and flowers all around. The drawing room & the sit out was so lovely.The huge open kitchen made me itch to cook, but the cook was cooking such delicious food, and the restaurants nearby were so good, that I got no chance. It's near Anjuna beach but away from the crowds. Everyone had a super time and were in the pool everyday, but I enjoyed just dipping my feet in the water & stretching out on the lounger. It was the best place to spend my b'day with my friends! 5 stars to Villa Terra Viva.

I went in the monsoon season for a get away from the Chandigarh heat. Can’t wait to go in December to get away from the extreme cold. Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Rooms It has one room downstairs and two upstairs. It’s perfect for all ages because I went with my grandmother and it was easy for her to move around by having a room downstairs. Safety It’s in a very quiet neighborhood and very safe. Food & drinks The villa is close to many restaurants that have good food. Noteworthy details The cool thing about the villa is that it has an extra bathroom outside with an open roof. Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value, High-tech

Our stay at the villa was truly amazing .I loved the feeling of spaciousness and open ness when you walk into the villa .The large glazing,aesthetically designed furniture ,art work all added to the spatial vibe of this this charming villa.Also loved the outdoors with the pool ,wonderful landscaping and the lounge area.

Amazing property, clean and quiet location. Very Courteous staff, Kishore. Stayed there with family. 5-7 minutes walking distance from Anjuna Beach. Definitely deserves a second booking wherever we are in goa next.

A gorgeous homestay with all the amenities of a luxury hotel and more!!💥💥 Well trained caretaker and chef take care of everything. The pool is a gem 💎 Senior citizens will enjoy it as much as the rest of the family 🌺🌺

A beautiful place in a quiet peaceful location. A true oasis in Anjuna! Tastefully decorated, luxurious villa with all five star amenities and lovely pool! Would highly recommend!

we stayed for 2 nights in this spacious beautiful 3 BR villa tucked away in Anjuna. It's a stylishly designed modern villa which blends into the surroundings. The interiors are charmingly and comfortably designed. The rooms are large and well laid out. The swimming pool is an adequate size for relaxing and a bit of actual swimming. Kitchen is well appointed with all modern gadgets. There is a full time caretaker and cooking services are available. You have to pay actual cost for the provisions bought for the dishes you request. We sampled 2 breakfasts and a dinner and the food was tasty. This villa is ideal for 3 couples. The approach roads are slightly narrow but adequate parking for 3/4 cars just outside the villa and 1 car inside

I had my holiday this year (2024) at this establishment and I have no words to express, the welcome and environment we experienced during the stay. The care taker (Mr.Kishor)who took care all of our needs, the manager and the firm who runs this establishment (Tisya) was really on point. I’ve been to Goa many times, but this villa, the environment and the nature makes me nostalgic and makes me want to visit again and again.

Amazing Location: Tucked away in the heart of nature, the villa's location is a dream. Surrounded by lush greenery, it felt like I was in a jungle paradise. The tranquility of the surroundings made for a perfect escape. Exceptional Caretaker: A huge shout-out to the caretaker! Their warmth and hospitality made my stay truly special. From preparing delicious breakfasts to ensuring I had everything I needed, their attention to detail was superb. Highlight: The Pool! The swimming pool deserves a special mention. It's not just a pool; it's a sparkling oasis. Whether it was a morning dip or a lazy afternoon by the poolside, it became the focal point of my relaxation. Overall, my stay was nothing short of magical. I wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a perfect blend of luxury, nature, and relaxation in Goa!

Villa Terra Viva looked so appealing that we unanimously opted to go there for my daughter's special b'day celebration. Happily, in reality, the villa was even more awesome than it looked on the net. Tasteful and elegant, it was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, luxurious yet comfortable, even cosy. Surrounded by greenery, being close to a variety of yummy eateries and yet blissfully away from noisy crowds made it just perfect. The spacious ambience & the pool so inviting, made us opt for ordering in most days, instead of hitting the nearby beach shacks & restaurants. Last but not the least, Kishore, the courteous & meticulous staff was extremely helpful. There's no doubt, I'd choose to go there again & again!

Perfect place for a getaway with friends and family ! Every detail is so carefully j to thought of , every amenity one needs is in place ! The Villa is very well located, stones throw away from some great restaurants and shops. The private pool is lovely, it’s like a private paradise! I highly recommend the Villa

Tera Viva was a great villa to be in. We were 8 of us and had a great time at the villa. We spent alot of time in house rather outside. The caretaker Kishor is an amazing and a very helpful person.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Terra Viva. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the caretaker Kishore and Chef Santosh were amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The best part was the pool and the privacy the peace and calm which is offered due to the location of the villa. The proximity to all really good restaurants is another big plus. I highly recommend this villa for anyone visiting Anjuna.
